seen how Americans drive? They are the worst drivers I've ever seen, and I've driven thousands of miles in 7 countries across Europe. What is needed is a driving test that actually PREPARES you for driving, not just some joke of a test. People won't even stay out of the left lane now, how many times have you been passing a few cars together on the right and had one of them pull out in front of you? And that's only running 10 or 15 mph faster than them. Imagain if you were running 120+ and they were doing 50 and they pull out in front of you with 6 carlengths to spare. You're dead. Maybe if US drivers ever really "drive", not just "coast" and pay attention, use their mirrors, use signals, move out of the way of faster moving traffic, pull to the right shoulder when making a right turn, speed up to merge on on-ramps, don't drive side-by-side with another car on the interstate so people can't pas, etc, etc, ETC, then there might be a prayer of getting reasonable speed limits.
